Who I Am

With over 35 years as an acute care nurse, I've witnessed countless health challenges and triumphs. My journey in emergency and urgent care showed me that true healing often extends beyond physical symptoms—it taps into a deeper consciousness within each of us. This realization fueled my deep dive into energy healing and mindfulness.

I sought out profound learning, completing a rigorous three-year Integrative Energy Healing program at Langara College, guided by a revered nurse mentor. Here, I immersed myself in diverse energy healing modalities, discovering how modern science is now validating the ancient wisdom of indigenous healers and eastern traditions: the mind, body, and spirit are intricately connected.

My continuous learning is central to my practice. I draw inspiration from Eckhart Tolle's teachings on Mindfulness, and I've honed skills in Energy Psychology's EFT tapping (Levels 1 & 2 for professionals) to facilitate healing from trauma. My approach also incorporates the compassionate inquiry of Gabor Maté's work and Eugend Gendlin's Focusing. To ensure I'm always growing, I personally engage in expanded consciousness practices like breathwork and mindfulness in nature. I have recently completed an Advanced Certification in Psychedelic Assisted therapy.

I'm truly passionate about guiding you to your inner wisdom, empowering you to become the expert in your own unique health and well-being. My goal is to open the door for you to realize your inherent power and incredible healing potential.

Gwen helped me with my severe anemia and heart disease by guiding me to the emergency department for a life saving blood transfusion. Once I was stabilized she guided me how to use tapping and yoga nidra for my anxiety. I am very grateful for her holistic nursing expertise and guidance.
